This service includes the removal of the existing undermount sink and the installation of a new one, with correct mechanical support and professional resealing.
What we do:
Remove the existing sink from the countertop
Clean and re-prep the mounting surface
Install proper support anchors (no glue-only installs)
Secure the new sink in place
Reseal the perimeter with waterproof silicone
Important:
This service does NOT include plumbing work.
Client (or their plumber) is responsible for:
Disconnecting the old sink from water & drainage before our arrival
Reconnecting plumbing to the new sink after installation
