1. Introduction
Welcome to ART OF STONE USA LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services — including countertop cleaning, sealing, chip repair, or restoration — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Scope of Services
We provide professional maintenance, sealing, and restoration of natural stone and quartz surfaces for residential, commercial, and builder clients.
All services are performed according to your chosen Care Plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium) or as detailed in your quote.
3. Service Areas
We currently serve clients in the Greater Charleston area, including but not limited to:
Charleston, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Johns Island, Kiawah Island, Seabrook, Hollywood, Ravenel, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Goose Creek, Ladson, and Summerville.
If your location is outside this area, please contact us to confirm availability and travel fees.
4. Estimates and Quotes
All quotes provided by Art of Stone USA LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Final pricing may vary based on project details such as access, material type, or unexpected site conditions.
5. Scheduling and Deposits
• A minimum service fee of $250 applies to all service calls.
• Certain services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied to your final invoice and become non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
• Appointment dates and times are subject to availability.
• You will receive a confirmation by email or text after scheduling.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Residential clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Commercial and builder clients: 48–72 hours’ notice depending on project scope.
• Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
• Missed appointments or inaccessible job sites upon arrival will be billed the minimum $250.
7. Payment Terms
• Payment is due in full upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, ACH, or invoice link.
• Unpaid balances may incur late fees or collection costs.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 handling fee.
8. Warranty and Limitations
• We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty for all completed services.
• The warranty covers only the labor performed and excludes:
• natural stone variations,
• pre-existing damage,
• future staining, etching, or cracks from misuse.
• Not all stains, chips, or discolorations can be fully removed.
• Certain materials (like marble or limestone) may require more frequent sealing.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing safe, unobstructed access to the work area.
• Removing personal items, décor, or dishes before service.
• Informing us about any previous repairs or coatings that may affect the result.
If our team arrives and the area is not ready, additional labor time may be billed.
10. Safety and Property Access
Our technicians must have safe working conditions, adequate lighting, and access to power and water if needed.
We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present (e.g., mold, pests, structural issues).
11. Limitation of Liability
Art of Stone USA LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.
12. Photos and Marketing
Before-and-after photos may be taken for internal records and quality control.
We may use project photos for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
13. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (name, address, contact details, photos, etc.) is used only for service delivery and internal business purposes.
We never sell or share personal data with third parties without your consent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes shall be handled in Charleston County courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website, with the effective date shown above.
Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
