If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional maintenance, sealing, and restoration services for natural stone and quartz surfaces for residential clients and approved commercial projects.
All services are performed based on the scope of work outlined in the approved estimate, inspection report, or individually issued quote.

4. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Final pricing may change due to site conditions, access limitations, material type, or additional services requested.
Estimates do not include hidden conditions or substrate issues not visible at the time of inspection.
5. Scheduling and Deposits
A minimum service fee of $250 applies to all service calls, inspections, evaluations, and site visits, regardless of whether work is approved or performed following the evaluation.
Certain services require a deposit to secure scheduling.
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Appointment dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and no-show fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in charges, including the minimum service fee.
Missed appointments or inaccessible job sites upon arrival will be billed the minimum $250.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the approved estimate or invoice.
For most projects, a deposit of up to 50% of the total quoted amount is required to secure scheduling.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are issued electronically through our booking or invoicing system.
Accepted payment methods include electronic invoice payment and ACH transfer.
Cash or check payments may be accepted at the Company’s discretion.
All checks must be payable to ART OF STONE USA LLC.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 handling fee.
Unpaid or disputed balances may incur late fees, collection costs, or additional processing fees.
8. Warranty and Service Limitations
We provide a 30-day limited workmanship warranty, covering defects directly resulting from improper labor.
This warranty does not cover:
Natural stone variations or characteristics
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear, etching, staining, or discoloration
Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
Results may vary depending on material type, condition, and usage.
No guarantee is made that restored surfaces will appear “like new,” especially when material condition, age, or prior damage limits achievable results.
This warranty is limited to the specific area serviced and does not extend to surrounding surfaces or materials.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing safe, unobstructed access to the work area
Removing personal items, décor, and fragile objects
Disclosing prior repairs, coatings, or treatments
Delays or incomplete work due to site conditions may result in additional charges.
Pets must be secured during service appointments.
10. Safety and Property Access
Our technicians require safe working conditions, adequate lighting, and access to utilities if necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions are present.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.
12. Photos and Marketing
Photographs or videos may be taken for documentation and quality control.
Project photos may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing prior to service or explicitly opts out.
